Amritsar, January 8 (K.L. Jit Walia):Under the ‘Food for Life’ campaign initiated by ISKCON Temple, Amritsar, for the distribution of Lord’s Mahaprasad, a langar was organized today at the Aam Aadmi Party office located at Bhandari Bridge. The campaign is being led by Shyamanand, President of the Temple Committee, while the service activity was supervised by Vikas Wahi.
On this occasion, Prabhbir Singh Brar, District President of the Aam Aadmi Party and Chairman of PUNSUP Punjab; Gaurav Agrawal, District President of Virasat Seva Organization; and Mukhvinder Singh Virdi, Member of the Improvement Trust and District General Secretary, were specially present and formally inaugurated the distribution of Mahaprasad.

During the langar, food was served to 300 to 400 needy individuals. Vikas Wahi informed that after offering bhog to the Lord, prasad is distributed daily to the needy so that no one remains hungry and the divine nectar reaches people from all walks of life.
On this occasion, Prabhbir Singh Brar, Mukhvinder Singh Virdi, and Gaurav Agrawal appreciated the ‘Food for Life’ campaign launched by the Temple Committee, stating that such initiatives prove extremely beneficial for the underprivileged sections of society.

Those present at the program included Amarinder Singh, Vinod Arora, Pranav Kapoor, Aditya, Moga Ji, Rishi Ji, along with a large number of Aam Aadmi Party leaders and members of the Temple Committee.
