Amritsar, January 8 (K.L. Jit Walia):On the arrival of the New Year, Sahaj Paath Bhog was solemnly concluded at Gurdwara Baba Phoola Singh Mall Akhara Sahib as an expression of gratitude. The religious program was organized with devotion and in accordance with Sikh traditions by the Bibi Jathas of Gurdwara Baba Deep Singh–Baba Garja Singh Ji and the Jatha of Gurdwara Baba Phoola Singh Ji.
On this occasion, the Bibi Kirtani Jatha performed special kirtan, spiritually uplifting the sangat. The Gurdwara Sahib Manager, Parmjeet Singh, specially honored Bibi Harpreet Kaur and Rajinder Pal Singh Sethi for their services.
Addressing the sangat, Bibi Harpreet Kaur, Chief Sevadar of the Kirtani Jatha of Gurdwara Baba Bota Singh–Baba Garja Singh, emphasized that devotees should actively participate in the ongoing series of religious congregations and lead their lives connected with the Guru. She said that in today’s busy lifestyle, one must take out some time for remembrance of the Divine Name, as it brings peace to the mind and prevents it from straying toward negativity.
Those present at the religious gathering included Sarbjit Kaur, Gurvinder Kaur, Madhu Behan Ji, Manager Parmjeet Singh, Granthi Gyani Keval Singh, Rajwant Kaur, Jasvinder Kaur, Balvinder Kaur, Ravneet Kaur Pinky, along with a large number of Bibis from the Baba Bota Singh Kirtani Jatha.
