Amritsar, May 14 (Phuljit Singh Verpal) — Shiromani Akali Dal District Amritsar Urban BC Wing President and Ward No. 43 Councillor Inderjit Singh Pandori organized an impressive and enthusiastic program at Shaheed Udham Singh Nagar.
During the event, hardworking youth, women, and social workers associated with the party for a long time were honored and assigned important responsibilities in the Shiromani Akali Dal. A large number of local residents, party workers, youth, and women participated in the program.
Addressing the gathering, Inderjit Singh Pandori said that Shiromani Akali Dal has always respected its loyal and hardworking workers, and in the coming time, ground-level workers will be brought forward to strengthen the party further.
He said that people of Punjab are once again looking towards Shiromani Akali Dal with hope, and the newly appointed office bearers will play an important role in spreading the party’s pro-people ideology to every household. He urged workers to actively listen to public issues, connect people with the party ideology, and engage the youth.
He further stated that strengthening the party means strengthening Punjab, and Shiromani Akali Dal has always stood for Punjab, Punjabi identity, and the Sikh community.
On this occasion, several new appointments were announced, including Harpreet Kaur as Senior Vice President Ward No. 43, Bibi Gurjit Kaur and Sarabjit Kaur as Vice Presidents Ward No. 43, Sukhjinder Singh Bitto as Senior Vice President Ward No. 43, Jagdev Singh as Vice President Halka Dakshin, Surinder Singh Raju as General Secretary Ward No. 43, Kuldeep Singh Khalsa as Senior Vice President Ward No. 43, Harjit Singh Dhunna as Social Media Incharge Halka Dakshin, Ranjit Singh Lohiya as Secretary Halka Dakshin, and Makhan Singh as Senior Vice President Ward No. 43.
The newly appointed office bearers thanked the party leadership and Inderjit Singh Pandori, assuring that they would fulfill their responsibilities with sincerity and dedication.
Several senior leaders and workers including Gurdial Singh Bhullar (Circle President), Mukhtiar Singh, Surjit Singh Kanda, Kuldeep Singh Dasuwal (BC Wing President Halka Dakshin), and others were also present.
