Amritsar, Feb 22 (K.L. Jit Walia): A mega blood donation camp was organized at Gurdwara Toot Sahib on Sultanwind Road by the Khalsa Blood Donate Unit to mark the annual remembrance of Jathedar Mukhtiar Singh Bhullar. A large number of people participated and donated blood, extending full support to this noble act of social service.
On this occasion, several dignitaries were present, including former MLA of South constituency Inderbir Singh Bolaria, former MLA Harjinder Singh Thekedar, Cherry Bolaria, PA to Bolaria Arvinder Singh Bhatia, Councillor Mohan Singh Madi Megha, Councillor Jaswinder Singh Sher Gill, and Councillor Gagandeep Singh Sahijra, along with many other prominent personalities.
Renowned social worker Dr. Sarabjit Singh Bhullar honored the guests who attended the event and expressed heartfelt thanks to all participants who contributed to society by donating blood.
In his concluding remarks, Dr. Sarabjit Singh Bhullar said that in memory of his father, Jathedar Mukhtiar Singh Bhullar, the team led by Khalsa Blood Donate Unit president Jagpreet Singh Dhami organizes such blood donation camps every year to serve humanity. He expressed gratitude to the entire team for their dedicated efforts.
