Chogawan, August 3 (Bagi):Under the directions of Punjab Health Minister Dr. Balbir Singh, the Punjab Government and the Health Department organized a free medical camp in the border village of Kakker to provide healthcare services to people at their doorstep and at the local level.
The camp was formally inaugurated by Rajasansi Constituency In-charge Sonia Mann and Women Coordinator Ravleen Sandhu. During the camp, patients underwent free health check-ups and were provided free medicines.
Speaking on the occasion, Sonia Mann said that similar medical camps would be organized in every village of the Rajasansi constituency to ensure better healthcare facilities for rural residents.
On the occasion, Dr. Rajvinder Singh felicitated Sonia Mann and Ravleen Sandhu for their contribution.
Among those present were Constituency Coordinator Sukhdeep Singh Chhina, Vice Chairman Lakhbir Singh Manj, Sarpanch Lakhwinder Singh Lakha, SMO Dr. Parmbir Singh Soni, Rupinder Goldy, Block President Sukhchain Singh, Amritpal Singh Shahura (In-charge, Virasat Seva Sangathan), Sarpanch Pal Singh, Gurdev Singh, Mithanjeet Singh, Jassa Singh, Harbhej Singh, Member Joban, and several other dignitaries and local residents.
