Brescia, Italy (K.L. Jit Walia):- The Sahit Sur Sangam Sabha Italy has expanded its organization by inducting several new writers and personalities associated with Punjabi literature and culture.
The announcement was made by the Sabha’s General Secretary, Sikki Jhajji Pind Wala, through Chief Spokesperson Daljinder Singh Rahil, Finance Secretary Narinder Singh Pannu, and President Major Singh Khakh.
The office-bearers stated that the Sabha has been actively promoting Punjabi literature and culture in Italy for many years and has earned recognition for its continuous literary and cultural contributions. To further strengthen these efforts, several new members have now been inducted into the organization.
The newly inducted members include Aarti Bakshi Aaru, Mandeep Kaur Pannu, Jagroop Singh Bhullar, Jagtar Singh Sahota, Manveer Singh, Jassi Banga, and Jagdish Mehmi.
The Sabha expressed confidence that these writers and literature enthusiasts will make significant contributions to the promotion and preservation of Punjabi language, literature, and culture in the future.
The organization also announced that a joint gathering of all newly inducted members will be organized soon, where discussions will be held on future literary initiatives, cultural activities, and upcoming Punjabi literary events.
