India–Australia trade and friendly relations will become even stronger: Harpreet Singh Marwaha
Amritsar, July 9 (K.L. Jit Walia): Harpreet Singh Marwaha, Chairman of the Australia (Melbourne) Chapter of the World Sikh Chamber of Commerce, along with other office bearers of the Chamber, extended a warm and enthusiastic welcome to Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Australia.

On the occasion, Harpreet Singh Marwaha said that Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Australia would play an important role in further strengthening the friendly ties between India and Australia. He expressed confidence that the visit would boost bilateral trade, investment, and business collaboration, benefiting the business communities of both nations.
He further stated that the Indian and Sikh communities living in Australia, especially in Melbourne, showed great enthusiasm over the Prime Minister’s visit. He added that Prime Minister Modi’s gesture of thanking the delegation for the warm welcome was a matter of pride and joy for the members of the World Sikh Chamber of Commerce.
Marwaha expressed hope that economic, commercial, and cultural relations between India and Australia would continue to grow stronger in the coming years, opening new avenues of cooperation and mutual development for both countries.
