Amritsar, July 9 (K.L. Jit Walia): Prominent social worker and Congress leader Harjinder Singh Jinda Kot Khalsa, while speaking to the media, praised the work of Amritsar Member of Parliament Gurjeet Singh Aujla, stating that he has earned the trust and affection of the people through his active and people-centric approach.
Harjinder Singh Jinda said that MP Gurjeet Singh Aujla remains in constant touch with the public and regularly visits different areas to listen to people’s grievances. He claimed that Aujla coordinates with the concerned departments to resolve public issues and has never distanced himself from the people during his tenure as an MP, always striving to meet their expectations.
He further stated that Gurjeet Singh Aujla has consistently raised important issues concerning Punjab in Parliament. According to him, matters related to the development of border areas, farmers, traders, youth, and other public concerns of Punjab are being effectively presented at the national level.
Speaking about the political situation, Harjinder Singh Jinda claimed that the next government in Punjab would be formed by the Congress Party. He alleged that people are disappointed with the performance of the current Aam Aadmi Party government and are seeking a change. He also claimed that support for the Congress Party is increasing among various sections of society in Punjab.
He added that the Congress Party has always prioritized public issues and expressed confidence that, with the support of the people, the party would return to power in Punjab.
Concluding his remarks, Harjinder Singh Jinda Kot Khalsa said that Congress leaders and workers would continue to stay connected with the people, work towards resolving their problems, and keep raising their voice for the development of Punjab and the welfare of its citizens.
