Amritsar, June 1 (K.L. Jit Walia) – Renowned Punjabi actor Narinder Nanu will be seen portraying the important role of Junior Engineer (JE) Narendra Kumar from the Electricity Department in the upcoming Punjabi film “Khadak Singh Chauhan.” His character holds significant importance in the storyline and represents a face of the government system where humor, satire, and social realities are effectively blended.
The film is directed by Manjot Singh and produced by Manmohan Singh. It is scheduled to be released on June 2, 2026, on the Chaupal App.
Speaking about the film, director Manjot Singh said that “Khadak Singh Chauhan” is not just a source of entertainment but also highlights common people’s issues, corruption, bureaucratic red tape, and the challenges within the government system. He added that Narinder Nanu’s character will be one of the film’s major attractions.
