Amritsar, June 24 (K.L. Jit Walia):According to a notification issued by Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar, renowned Chartered Accountant and member of the Kes Sambhal Prachar Sanstha, Satinder Pal Singh Ahluwalia, has been appointed as a member of the University Senate.
The appointment will be effective from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. Members and office-bearers of the Kes Sambhal Prachar Sanstha expressed happiness and congratulated him on receiving this prestigious responsibility.
The organization’s head, Surinderjit Singh Pal (Retired Chief Income Tax Commissioner), Trustee Judgeveer Singh Ahluwalia, Dr. Tajinder Pal Singh Ahluwalia, Media In-charge Harpal Singh Ahluwalia, and Rajinder Singh Marwaha extended their congratulations to Satinder Pal Singh Ahluwalia. They stated that his appointment would further strengthen efforts in the fields of education, social service, and the welfare of the Sikh community.
They noted that besides being a highly qualified professional, Ahluwalia has been actively involved in social and religious activities.
