Amritsar, April 6 (K.L. Jit Walia) – The social service organization “Maan Dhiyaan Te” Samaj Bhalai Society (Regd.), which is actively engaged in community welfare, has appointed national and All India Inter-University level cycling player Damanpreet Kaur as its Executive President.
The appointment was made by Chief Patron Rajesh Sharma (PCS), Chairman Hardesh Sharma, and President Gurinder Singh Mattu. While congratulating her, they expressed confidence that Damanpreet Kaur would further promote social service activities with the same dedication and excellence that she has demonstrated in her sporting career.
Damanpreet Kaur has previously been honored by various sports, educational, and social organizations for her achievements. She was also specially felicitated by Punjab’s Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema during a district-level Republic Day function in Amritsar on January 26, 2023.
On this occasion, Manpreet Kaur, Veena Mattu, Sukhjinder Kaur, Kanwaljit Kaur Tina, Dilbag Rai, Zarina Sehgal, Munish Sharma, and several others extended their congratulations to her.
