Specialist doctors will examine patients; free medicines will also be provided to needy patients
Amritsar, August 28 (K.L. Jit Walia): A free medical check-up camp will be organized on Sunday, August 30, at Kirpal Ashram, a branch of Sawan Kirpal Ruhani Mission, near St. Jude’s School, Fatehgarh Churian Road, Rattan Singh Chowk, Amritsar. The camp will be held from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM in collaboration with Shri Hanuman Seva Parivar Trust.
During the camp, Dr. Rajbir Singh, a specialist in chest and lung diseases, and Dr. Gurleen Kaur, a neuro-psychiatric specialist, will examine patients and provide necessary medical advice.
Dr. Gurleen Kaur will provide consultation for various mental and neuro-psychiatric conditions, including depression, headache/migraine, substance addiction, anxiety and sleep-related problems, among others.
Various tests, including blood pressure, blood sugar, thyroid, weight and spirometry, will also be conducted free of cost. Needy patients will be provided free medicines during the camp.
Kirpal Ashram Secretary Deepak Seth said that all arrangements for the camp have been completed. He said that under the guidance of Param Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj, Sawan Kirpal Ruhani Mission regularly organizes medical camps, blood donation camps, cataract surgery camps and other welfare activities as part of its service to humanity.
He appealed to residents of the area to make maximum use of this free medical camp.
