Ferozepur, (Rajeev Kumar, Rikku): MLA from the Ferozepur Urban Assembly constituency, Ranbir Singh Bhullar, inspected the ongoing construction of river protection notches along the Sutlej River at Village Tediwala.
During the visit, MLA Bhullar stated that the Punjab Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is fully committed to ensuring the safety and welfare of the people. He said that, keeping the upcoming monsoon season in view, preventive measures are being undertaken in advance to minimize the risk of flooding and ensure that residents do not face any inconvenience.
He emphasized that the government is continuously monitoring flood protection works and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are completed on time to safeguard lives and property.
