Chandigarh, June 19 (K.L. Jit Walia):Newly appointed District President of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Amritsar Urban and Director of the Punjab Sewerage Board, Sarabjot Singh Dhanjal, paid a courtesy visit to Manish Sisodia, Punjab In-charge of AAP, in Chandigarh yesterday.
On the occasion, Manish Sisodia congratulated Sarabjot Singh Dhanjal on his new responsibility as the District President of Amritsar Urban and expressed confidence that he would play an active role in further strengthening the party and maintaining direct contact with the people.
Sarabjot Singh Dhanjal thanked AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Punjab In-charge Manish Sisodia, and the entire party leadership for placing their trust in him.
Dhanjal said that he would carry out the responsibility entrusted to him with complete honesty, dedication, and hard work. He stated that strengthening the party organization in Amritsar, working closely with party workers, and raising public issues before the government would be his top priorities.
He expressed confidence that by taking the party’s welfare-oriented policies and the Punjab Government’s development initiatives to every household, the Aam Aadmi Party would become even stronger.
