Brampton, Canada, June 14 (Jobanpreet Singh Ahluwalia): The International Literary Sanjhan Forum organized a special poetry gathering dedicated to Father’s Day, which proved to be a memorable event filled with literary expression, emotions, and heartfelt respect for fathers.
The program commenced with remarks by founder Raminder Rammi, who shared information about the organization’s literary activities. This was followed by a welcome address from management team member Satbir Singh, while the formal inauguration of the poetry gathering took place with a message from Chief Patron Dalbir Singh Kathuria.
Senior Vice President Dr. Amarjyoti Mangat introduced the management team and distinguished guests. The event was skillfully moderated by Dr. Pushwinder Khokhar. On this occasion, poets including Sunil Chandiyanvi, Gaganmeet, Prof. Pawan Khichhi, Swinder Sandhu, Anju Bala, Dr. Nirm Josan, Lakhwinder Singh Bajwa, Ranbir Singh Prince, Jagjit Singh Khaira, Satinder Singh Othi, and Vivek Kot Ise Khan presented their compositions highlighting the greatness and significance of the father-child relationship.
Chief Guest Avtarjit Atwal moved the audience with his poem “When the Father Tree Dries Up”, while Preetma Ji’s soulful and reflective presentation also left a deep impact on listeners.
At the conclusion of the event, Harbhajan Kaur Gill thanked all participants and attendees. Senior Vice President Gurcharan Singh Jogi presented an insightful analysis of the entire program and emphasized the invaluable contribution of fathers in society. Founder Raminder Walia shared memories of his father through his poetic composition “Dream or Reality.”
A large number of writers, poets, and literary enthusiasts from India and abroad participated in the event. Speakers highly appreciated Raminder Rammi’s continuous service, dedication, and hard work for literature, stating that his efforts are providing a new direction to literary awareness and cultural expression.
