Former President of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (Amritsar Urban) and senior Congress leader from North Assembly Constituency, Ashwani Kumar Pappu, specially honored Councillor Jaswinder Shergill on his appointment as Vice Chairman of the Punjab Pradesh Congress SC Department.
On this occasion, Ashwani Kumar Pappu and his team congratulated Jaswinder Shergill on his new responsibility by offering sweets and extending their best wishes.
Speaking on the occasion, Ashwani Kumar Pappu said that Jaswinder Shergill has always been a dedicated, honest, and hardworking worker of the Congress Party. From his days in the Youth Congress to the present, he has worked tirelessly at every level to strengthen the party.
He stated that the responsibility entrusted to Shergill by the party high command is a recognition of his long-standing service, commitment, hard work, and loyalty to the organization.
Pappu further said that promoting leaders who have worked at the grassroots level is a positive sign for the party’s growth and strength. Such decisions also boost the morale of party workers and encourage them to remain committed to public service.
He expressed confidence that Jaswinder Shergill would discharge his new responsibilities with complete honesty, dedication, and sincerity while living up to the expectations of both the party and the people.
