Chandigarh, June 15 (K.L. Jit Walia):The importance of border security and advanced surveillance technologies in North India is continuously increasing. Drone-based monitoring, anti-drone defense systems, and technological advancements in border policing have opened new possibilities in the security sector. In this context, the 11th International Police Expo 2026 will be held on June 24 and 25, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
This major event will bring together officials associated with policing, homeland security, and border management, along with security experts and technology companies, on a common platform to discuss modern security systems and future challenges.
The expo will showcase cutting-edge technologies such as drones, anti-drone systems, integrated surveillance technologies, smart surveillance systems, command and control centers, cybersecurity platforms, emergency communication systems, and perimeter security infrastructure.
More than 200 domestic and international manufacturers and technology providers are expected to participate, presenting the latest solutions related to policing, drones, anti-drone technology, surveillance systems, defense, disaster management, and homeland security.
Alongside the event, the India Homeland Security Expo 2026 and the Drone International Expo 2026 will also be organized, focusing on unmanned systems, border surveillance technologies, and innovative solutions for public safety.
Event Director Sangeeta Bansal stated that security challenges are constantly evolving, and the role of technology-based surveillance systems has become more important than ever. She said that the International Police Expo 2026 will bring together security experts, policymakers, and industry leaders to provide new directions for future security requirements.
The expo is expected to play a significant role in strengthening the country’s border and internal security while promoting innovation, research, and development in drone and surveillance technologies.
