Amritsar, August 20 (K.L. Jit Walia): A wave of happiness has swept through the Aam Aadmi Party leaders and workers of the West Assembly constituency following the appointment of senior youth AAP leader Gaurav Aggarwal as Director of Punjab Infotech Corporation Limited by the Punjab government. Following the appointment, party workers and supporters have been continuously reaching out to congratulate him.
Newly appointed Director Gaurav Aggarwal expressed his gratitude to party National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, State President Aman Arora, Punjab in-charge Manish Sisodia, the senior party leadership, and senior leaders from Punjab and Amritsar for placing their trust in him.
Gaurav Aggarwal said that he would discharge the responsibility entrusted to him by the party with complete hard work, honesty and dedication. He said he would work with full commitment to ensure that the schemes and policies being implemented by the Punjab government for public welfare reach people at the grassroots level.
He said that fulfilling the trust placed in him by the party would be his top priority and that he would carry out his new responsibility to the best of his ability in the public interest.
