Majitha, July 6 (Subhash Chandra Bhagat):The Punjab Government has launched a special initiative to honour Class 12 students who secured more than 90% marks in their board examinations. Under this initiative, Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains felicitated meritorious students for their outstanding academic achievements.
Recently, a special felicitation ceremony was held at the Dashmesh Auditorium, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, where students from Amritsar district who scored above 90% were honoured. The awards were presented by Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains and former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia.
Among the awardees were three outstanding students from Saint Soldier Elite Convent School, Majitha:
Arshdeep Singh – 97.2%
Harsimrat Kaur – 97%
Anureet Kaur – 91%
The achievement has brought immense pride and happiness to the school management, faculty, students’ parents, and the local community. The honour reflects the hard work and dedication of both the students and their teachers.
On this occasion, Managing Director Dr. Mangal Singh Kishanpuri, School Management Committee Chairman Jaspinder Singh Kahlo, Chief Administrator Madam Harjinderpal Kaur, and Director-Principal Madam Amandeep Kaur expressed their joy and congratulated the students, encouraging them to continue striving for excellence.
