Assures traders in Amritsar East that every genuine demand will be taken up with the government
Amritsar, July 3 (Kamal Shamsher Singh): Kapil Chaddha, Chairman of the Aam Aadmi Party Trade Commission for Amritsar East, said that the trading community forms the backbone of Punjab’s economy, and protecting their interests is the Commission’s top priority. He assured traders that every legitimate demand from the constituency would be effectively presented before the government and the concerned departments.
Focus on strengthening coordination between traders and the government
Speaking to reporters, Kapil Chaddha said that the Aam Aadmi Party government is fully sensitive to the concerns of the business community. He stated that the primary objective of the Trade Commission is to establish better coordination between traders and the government so that their issues can be resolved promptly and efficiently.
Priority to parking, sanitation, and traffic management
He said continuous efforts are being made in coordination with the concerned departments to improve parking facilities, cleanliness, traffic management, security, and other basic civic amenities in marketplaces. He also emphasized that measures are being taken to ensure traders do not face unnecessary harassment or delays in government offices.
Traders’ rights will be defended at every level
Kapil Chaddha asserted that the Trade Commission stands firmly with the trading community and will raise its voice on every platform to safeguard their rights. He said no injustice or unfair treatment of traders would be tolerated, and every genuine issue would be presented before the government with seriousness.
Appeal to traders to share their concerns
He urged traders to communicate their problems, suggestions, and demands to the Trade Commission so that timely action can be taken. He reaffirmed the Commission’s commitment to the development of markets in Amritsar East, promotion of trade, and protection of the dignity and interests of the business community.
