Special Meeting Held Under the Leadership of Chairman Rahil Khanna
Amritsar, June 24 (K.L. Jit Walia):To address the long-standing parking issues in Liberty Market, a special meeting and inspection program was organized under the leadership of Trade Commission Chairman Rahil Khanna. During the meeting, discussions were held with local traders regarding measures to improve parking management and ease congestion in the market area.
The meeting was attended by ADCP Traffic Amandeep Kaur and Municipal Corporation Land Department Inspector Preeti, who participated as special guests. The officials carefully listened to the concerns and suggestions of the traders and issued necessary directions for improving the parking system and ensuring better traffic management.
Prominent attendees included Pawan Gupta, Naresh Mahajan, Moin Khan, Dr. Manu, and Market President Rajesh, along with a large number of traders and respected community members. The traders appreciated the efforts of the Trade Commission and the administration, stating that the initiative would provide significant relief to both customers and shopkeepers visiting the market.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Rahil Khanna said that resolving the issues faced by traders remains one of the Trade Commission’s top priorities. He added that similar efforts would continue in the future to support the needs of business establishments and promote the development of local markets.
