Amritsar, May 29 (K.L. Jit Walia):Advocate Arvinder Singh Bhatti, Zonal Media In-Charge of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), expressed gratitude to the people of Punjab for giving the party an overwhelming mandate in the municipal elections across the state.
Speaking to selected journalists after the declaration of the election results, Bhatti said that the municipal elections, often referred to as the “semi-final” of the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections, have demonstrated that the people of Punjab have already made up their minds to re-elect the AAP government in 2027. He claimed that no force in the world can prevent the formation of an AAP government in Punjab again.
Bhatti stated that the people of Punjab have great affection for Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and that the welfare initiatives and public services provided by the Mann government have secured a permanent place for him in the hearts of the people.
He further claimed that the people of Punjab have completely rejected the Congress, BJP, and Shiromani Akali Dal, and that these parties will face another defeat in the 2027 Assembly elections.
Arvinder Bhatti also appealed to administrative officials across the state to adopt a people-friendly approach and remain committed to resolving public grievances and addressing citizens’ concerns promptly.
