Amritsar, April 11 (K.L. Jit Walia) – Former President of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Women Wing, Mamta Dutta, has been appointed as Observer for Dinanagar Municipal Council by Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President Amrinder Singh Raja Warring in recognition of her long-standing dedicated service, commitment, and hard work towards the party.
Following the appointment, a wave of happiness spread among Congress workers. Party leaders and supporters congratulated Mamta Dutta and expressed confidence that her experience and organizational skills would greatly benefit the party.
Mamta Dutta has been associated with the Congress Party for a long time and, as the former President of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Women Wing, she played a significant role in connecting women with the party, spreading party policies to the grassroots level, and strengthening the organization.
Expressing gratitude over her appointment, Mamta Dutta thanked Punjab Congress President Amrinder Singh Raja Warring and the party high command for reposing faith in her. She stated that she would work sincerely and wholeheartedly to fulfill the responsibility entrusted to her.
