Amritsar, January 29 (K. L. Jit Walia):On the sacred birth anniversary of Dhan Dhan Shaheed Baba Deep Singh Ji, a grand and well-organized langar was arranged by renowned social worker Sunny Dara at Hotel Dara, Bypass Amritsar. A large number of devotees, members of the sangat, and city residents participated and received the spiritual blessings of Guru ka Langar.
During the langar service, S. Jagmohan Singh Dara, Jasmeet Singh, Amit, Gundeep Singh, President of Amritsar Tent Dealer Association Jatinder Singh Happy Narula, and Sifat Narula personally served food to the sangat. The service, performed with deep devotion, faith, and dedication, filled the entire atmosphere with spirituality and purity.
On this occasion, Sunny Dara said that the martyrdom of Baba Deep Singh Ji is a priceless legacy of Sikh history, which inspires us to remain steadfast on the path of faith, truth, and justice. He added that the tradition of langar is a great heritage of Sikhism, spreading the message of equality, brotherhood, and humanity.
Several prominent personalities of Amritsar city, social workers, religious leaders, and respected citizens were present at the event. The entire environment was imbued with devotion, selfless service, brotherhood, and spiritual spirit.
