Cricket Tournament Organized by Shri Ram Bhakt Seva Committee
Amritsar, January 29 (K. L. Jit Walia):A grand cricket tournament was organized by Shri Ram Bhakt Seva Committee at Amandeep Academy, in which a total of eight teams participated with great enthusiasm. After a series of competitive matches, Shri Ram Bhakt Cricket Team emerged victorious by winning the final match and lifting the tournament trophy.
Raj Kumar Bhargava, Chairman of Environment Welfare Society, along with renowned social worker Pawan Kumar Bhargava, graced the occasion as chief guests. Committee President Saurav Gupta, Chairman Amrit Rawat, and other members honored the chief guests and the winning team by presenting them with mementos.
Addressing the gathering, chief guest Raj Kumar Bhargava said that sports are an integral part of life and play a vital role in the physical and mental development of children. He emphasized that students should actively participate not only in academics but also in sports and social service activities, so that they can grow into better and more responsible citizens.
On this occasion, Committee President Saurav Gupta and Chairman Amrit Rawat stated that Shri Ram Bhakt Seva Committee regularly organizes sports competitions and social service programs along with religious events, with the aim of guiding youth towards a positive direction.
During the tournament, tremendous enthusiasm was seen among the players, while spectators thoroughly enjoyed the thrilling matches.
