All Muslim Welfare Society India Organizes Fruit Langar on the Occasion of Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji’s Prakash Purab
Amritsar, June 30 (K.L. Jit Walia): On the occasion of the Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji, the All Muslim Welfare Society India, under the leadership of its President Manik Ali, organized a fruit langar of mangoes and bananas at Guru Ki Wadali, continuing its annual tradition. Devotees from different regions visited the gurdwara, paid their respects, and partook of the langar.
Speaking on the occasion, members of the society said that India’s shared cultural heritage symbolizes mutual love, brotherhood, and religious harmony. They emphasized that celebrating the festivals of all faiths together strengthens unity, mutual trust, and social cohesion.
SHO Balwinder Singh of Chheharta, who attended the event as a special guest, extended greetings on the Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji. He said that all religions promote the values of love, peace, and humanity, and appealed to people to preserve communal harmony and social unity.
