Amritsar February 5 (K L Jit Walia) — Under the leadership of Advocate Mangat Ram Silli President of Shri Ram Social Welfare Society Punjab a delegation of prominent social and political leaders from Sultanwind Patti Chhe Watt Pandora paid a special visit to Tehsildar Amritsar One and Two Punit Bansal at his office. During the meeting various public issues related to the area were discussed in detail.
The delegation informed the Tehsildar about several revenue related problems being faced by residents of the Sultanwind area. Issues concerning land and property matters registrations fard maps and delays in administrative work were raised. The leaders pointed out that common people are forced to make repeated visits to government offices which causes them mental and financial distress.
On this occasion Tehsildar Punit Bansal assured the delegation that all genuine problems of the residents of Sultanwind would be resolved on priority within the framework of law. He stated that serving the public is the primary duty of government officials and this responsibility would be carried out with complete honesty and transparency.
Mr Bansal further said that if any citizen has work related to the Tehsil office they can approach his office directly without hesitation. He emphasized that he is always available for public service and no injustice will be allowed to any individual.
After the meeting the leaders of Sultanwind honored Tehsildar Punit Bansal by presenting him with a siropa and appreciated his people friendly and cooperative approach.
Besides Advocate Mangat Ram Silli the meeting was attended by Baba Gurmukh Singh Sucha Singh Tapinder Singh Rajiv Vohra Joga Singh Rajbir Singh Ram Kumar Moti Singh Satwant Singh Jeet Singh Mintu and several other respected members of the area.
