Amritsar, January 29 (K. L. Jit Walia):- On the occasion of Republic Day, Dr. Rishabh Arora, Managing Director of EMC Hospital, was specially honored during a district-level function held on January 26. The honor was conferred by Cabinet Minister Mr. Hardip Singh Mundian, Amritsar Deputy Commissioner Dalwinderjit Singh, and Police Commissioner Gurpreet Singh Bhullar.
Notably, EMC Hospitals carried out an extensive service campaign to provide medical assistance to residents of villages in the Ajnala region. Under this initiative, a total of 14 medical teams were deployed from Gurdaspur, Batala, Amritsar, and Ajnala to ensure timely and effective treatment for the maximum number of people. During the campaign, all essential medical facilities, including super-specialty services, were made available on site.
Despite challenging geographical conditions, EMC Hospital teams reached remote and hard-to-access villages using amphibious vehicles to deliver medicines and healthcare services, ensuring that no patient was deprived of treatment. In addition, EMC Hospitals also distributed emergency kits through drones.
EMC Hospitals further supported flood relief efforts by providing financial assistance to the government through CSR funds, reflecting their strong sense of social responsibility. Dr. Rishabh Arora is not only committed to delivering excellent medical services at EMC Hospital but is also actively involved in social initiatives. He regularly organizes free medical camps and blood donation drives, and conducts special seminars and awareness camps to educate youth against drug abuse.
In recognition of these remarkable contributions and services, the district administration honored Dr. Rishabh Arora with a special award on the occasion of Republic Day.
