K. L. Jit Walia, Amritsar :- After a long gap, alumni of the 2000 batch of Spring Dale School visited their alma mater and fondly relived their childhood memories. On this occasion, the former students decided to set aside their busy daily schedules and spend a day together on their old school campus.
Chairman of Spring Dale Educational Society, Sahiljit Singh Sandhu, and Director Kirat Sandhu Cheema, who are themselves alumni of the school, played a key role in bringing the former students together. They shared that the alumni’s foremost wish was to sit once again in their old classrooms, on the same benches where they had spent some of the most memorable years of their lives with friends.

Sandhu further said that the alumni were also very eager to meet their former teachers. Keeping this in mind, their teachers were specially invited and honored as distinguished guests on this occasion.
During the event, an Alumni Association of Spring Dale School was also formally launched. Highlighting the objectives of the association, it was stated that it would be run by the alumni themselves, with the primary aim of maintaining mutual contact and ensuring a continuous connection with the school.
School Principal Rajeev Kumar Sharma, who had also been a teacher to these students, said that seeing such deep affection and attachment of the alumni towards their school even after so many years was a matter of great happiness and pride.
