Trade Commission serving as a strong bridge between traders and the government
Amritsar, June 3 (K.L. Jit Walia): Under the dynamic leadership of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is making dedicated efforts to address the concerns of traders and business owners. As part of these initiatives, the Punjab Trade Commission is reaching out directly to the trading community, listening to their concerns, and ensuring their issues are resolved on a priority basis with the cooperation of concerned departments and district administrations.
Expressing these views, Kapil Chadda, Chairman of the Aam Aadmi Party Trade Commission, Amritsar East, praised the people-centric policies of the Punjab Government. He said that Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is committed to ensuring that traders do not face unnecessary administrative or departmental hurdles and that their work is completed in a timely and transparent manner.
Kapil Chadda stated that the Trade Commission is maintaining regular contact with traders and bringing their concerns directly to the attention of the government and district administration. He added that the Punjab Government remains committed to strengthening trade and industry and is taking every possible step to safeguard the interests of the business community.
He further emphasized that traders form the backbone of Punjab’s economy, and the government is continuously striving to provide them with a better business environment and improved facilities. The primary objective of the Trade Commission, he said, is to act as an effective link between traders and the government and ensure that their genuine demands and issues are addressed promptly.
Kapil Chadda noted that the policies of the Punjab Government and the efforts of the Trade Commission have created an atmosphere of confidence and satisfaction among the trading community. He assured that these efforts would continue in the future and that traders’ issues would remain a priority for timely resolution.
