Amritsar, January 2 (K. L. Jit Walia):The annual fair at Siddh Khwaja Garib Nawaz Dargah, Hyde Market, was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm under the leadership of the chief sewadar, Baba Amarjeet Singh Sohal. On this occasion, various religious rituals were performed, and a large number of devotees paid their obeisance at the dargah.
During the fair, the atmosphere of the dargah remained spiritually vibrant through bhajans, kirtan, and devotional Sufi kalam. Devotees offered prayers for peace, harmony, and mutual brotherhood.
Speaking on the occasion, Baba Amarjeet Singh Sohal said that the dargah of Siddh Khwaja Garib Nawaz has always conveyed the message of universal welfare, love, and humanity. He added that such religious events strengthen mutual brotherhood in society and promote unity and tolerance.
Langar and prasad were also arranged during the fair, in which devotees participated in large numbers. The organizers ensured proper arrangements for security and cleanliness throughout the event.
At the conclusion of the programme, Baba Amarjeet Singh Sohal blessed all the devotees and sewadars present, inspiring them to remember the name of the Almighty and to contribute daswandh for the welfare of the needy.
On this occasion, Bhupinder Singh Sohal, Rocky Randhawa, Mamta Mahajan, Sonia, Bani, Isha, Kajal Chhabra, Prince Chhabra, Shiv Bhalla, Ajay Mahajan, Samat Sharma, Shivansh, Jitender Mehira, Veenu Mehira, along with a large number of devotees, were present.
