AAP Trade Wing organises Hanuman Chalisa recitation for the prosperity of the business community
Amritsar, August 8 (K.L. Jit Walia): As part of an initiative launched by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Trade Wing to organise religious programmes in every Assembly constituency across Punjab for the prosperity, peace, progress and well-being of the business community, a special Hanuman Chalisa recitation was organised at Shri Shain Leela Mandir, located at Mor Nagar, City Centre, Sultanwind Road, Amritsar. A large number of traders and local residents participated in the religious programme with devotion.
MLA Jeevanjot Kaur attended the programme as the chief guest, while Abhishek Bansal, Vice Chairman of the District Amritsar Traders Commission, was present as a special guest. Prayers were offered for the progress, peace and prosperity of traders and the business community.
MLA Jeevanjot Kaur and Abhishek Bansal said, “Prosperous traders mean a prosperous Punjab.” They said that the trading community is one of the strong foundations of Punjab’s economy. The growth of traders brings greater activity to markets, creates employment opportunities and further strengthens the state’s economy. They appreciated the religious initiative organised by the Trade Wing.
Among the special guests were AAP block president, Chairman of the AAP Legal Cell Majha Zone and President of the Bar Association Ajnala, Advocate Harpal Singh Nijjar, along with AAP Trade Wing East Vice President Raman Ji and other leaders and prominent citizens.
The programme was organised under the management of youth leader and Block President Rohit Malhotra and Chairman of the Traders Commission, Amritsar East constituency, Kapil Chadha. They said that religious programmes play an important role in strengthening brotherhood, harmony and positive thinking in society.
Punjab President of the Indian Trade Board Industry Cell Narinder Kumar Puri, Daljit Singh, Nirmal Singh Sokhi, Maninder Singh, Rajveer Singh, Manmohan Singh, Nirmal Singh, Krishna Devi, Shanti Devi and Nisha Sharma, along with a large number of traders and local residents, were also present.
The temple remained immersed in a devotional atmosphere throughout the programme, with the gathering participating in the Hanuman Chalisa recitation with faith and devotion. The organisers said that such religious and social initiatives for the prosperity, progress and well-being of the trading community would continue in the future.
