Amritsar, May 8 — Verka Milk Plant is a cooperative institution that has consistently worked to safeguard the interests of milk producers and consumers in the region. The organization procures high-quality milk from dairy cooperative societies and dairy farms in the districts of Amritsar and Tarn Taran, processes it, and supplies premium-quality milk and milk products to consumers.
The dairy ensures strict quality standards at every stage of production to maintain the health and safety of consumers.
Continuing this commitment, on May 8, 2026, the Board of Directors of Milk Union Amritsar launched a new product, “Verka Rose Lassi” in a 350 ml packaging priced at ₹10, at Verka Amritsar Dairy, keeping in view the growing demand of consumers.
The Board of Directors appreciated the product and stated that it has been introduced at an affordable price for consumers. The product will be available in the markets of Amritsar and Tarn Taran districts from May 9, 2026.
On this occasion, Vice Chairman Bhupinder Singh, Directors Gurmukh Singh, Amandeep Singh, Jagjit Singh, Surjit Singh, Harjit Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Palwinder Singh, and Amrik Singh were present along with Animesh Pramanik and Rajesh Balsotra.
