Ludhiana, 5 May (K.L. Jit Walia) – A delegation of the well-known social service organization Jan Ki Ardas Seva Society met Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains today under the leadership of President Bibi Surinder Kaur Khalsa and General Secretary Prabhjot Singh.
The meeting was attended by society members including Manpreet Singh, Gagandeep Singh, Pritpal Singh, and Gurpreet Kaur along with other members. During the meeting, General Secretary Prabhjot Singh briefed the minister about the social service and religious activities regularly carried out by the organization.
He informed that the society undertakes various public welfare initiatives and plans to expand these efforts further in the future. He also highlighted that awareness campaigns against social evils are being run by the organization.
On this occasion, Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains appreciated the efforts of the society and assured the members that the government would extend all possible support for social welfare and religious activities. He said that such organizations play an important role in bringing positive change in society, and the government always stands with them.
