Grand cultural and entertainment event to be held at Virsa Vihar, Amritsar, on September 19 under the leadership of renowned artist Rajpal Sultan
Amritsar, September 9 (K.L. Jit Walia): The poster of the grand cultural and entertainment event ‘Dance Ka Toofan’, being organised by Rajpal Sultan Film Production and Little Lion Punjabi Dance Academy under the leadership of renowned artist Rajpal Sultan, was released in Amritsar.
The colourful programme will be organised on September 19 at Virsa Vihar, Gandhi Ground, Amritsar.
The poster was released by Guru Nanak Dev University Security Officer and former Punjab Police Commandant Harvinder Singh Sandhu, renowned film artist Arvinder Bhatti and former Secretary of the Bar Association Amritsar, Advocate Inderjit Singh Ari.
Among those present on the occasion were K.L. Jeet Walia, Chief Editor of Punjab Media Times newspaper and web channel, social worker Rupinder Lada, social worker Tanish Arora of Mithu Dairy, Sunny Sharma Chheharta, Advocate Sandeep Kapoor, Advocate Jagjit Singh Panesar, Advocate Ravinder Singh Mahal, Advocate Arshjit Singh Sodhi and several other prominent personalities.
Congratulating the organisers, Harvinder Singh Sandhu said that such events play an important role in encouraging the artistic abilities and talent of children and young people.
He said that today’s youth possess immense talent and only need an appropriate platform and proper guidance to showcase their abilities. He expressed hope that ‘Dance Ka Toofan’ would prove to be a memorable and successful event in Amritsar’s cultural and entertainment landscape.
Renowned film artist Arvinder Bhatti and Advocate Inderjit Singh Ari also appreciated the initiative taken by Rajpal Sultan and his team. They said that programmes such as ‘Dance Ka Toofan’ would make an important contribution towards making Amritsar’s cultural and entertainment environment more vibrant.
Providing details about the event, renowned artist Rajpal Sultan said that ‘Dance Ka Toofan’ is not merely a dance programme but an initiative aimed at providing young and child artists with a special platform to showcase their talent before a wider audience.
He said that Punjab has a rich heritage of art and culture and that the youth of the state possess exceptional talent. Such events can provide young artists with a new identity and greater opportunities to pursue their artistic dreams.
Rajpal Sultan said that talented dancers from different age groups would present impressive performances during the colourful event at Virsa Vihar on September 19. The programme will feature an attractive blend of Punjabi culture, modern dance forms and entertainment.
Special preparations are being made by the teams of Rajpal Sultan Film Production and Little Lion Punjabi Dance Academy to make the event successful and memorable.
Rupinder Lada, Tanish Arora and Sunny Sharma Chheharta also congratulated the organisers and said that social and cultural organisations should come forward to provide opportunities for young talent to develop and shine.
